Schools and other caring establishments have special responsibilities that may require them to have more qualified first aid personnel than the current guidelines dictate. Cost is also an issue. We help by making the courses relevant to your needs, this gives you value for money and addresses any risks identified by you for your establishment.
All courses can be split into sessions to suit your timetable.
The one day Appointed Person course content can be easily adapted to meet the needs of individual groups. Please contact us for details. While some basic skills need to be covered, areas of particular concern to your establishment can easily be looked at in more depth and incorporated. By doing this you will meet the HSE guidelines and your other responsibilities. The certificate is valid for three years.
HSE regulations dictate the First Aider course content. While designed to answer the needs of a general workplace it is a comprehensive course and will cover all the needs of school, nursery or care home employees. Certificates are valid for three years. A refresher course is available for those who have a valid certificate.
